We're back! Earlier this year George Chilvers, with Nigel Price BSc (Dip.Arb) FRICS MCIArb as Consultant, set up a new Property Consultancy based on the experience of two of Reading's longest practicing members.

Nigel is concentrating on Landlord and Tenant work including rent reviews and lease renewals whilst George Chilvers is be dealing with agency, investment and development property.

George Chilvers was the founder of and later a director of Chilvers Page but decided at the beginning of 2009 that he must move on and seek to recapture the best of the past whilst embracing the challenging future. So, Highmoor Cross was born. We thank all those who have sent their good wishes.
